In the 70's as a little girl, proprietor Kimberly Johnston learned how to bake from her Grandmother and Mother. Kimberly learned how to pick the finest ingredients from purveyors that only stocked what was in peak season. Our philosophy at Fine Cooking Personal Chefs LLC is to capitalize on lessons Kimberly learned.

We are the company that Kimberly formed to manage a team of personal chefs that specialize in fine cooking. Our philosophy is that when you engage a personal chef, you want only the finest meal. That starts with only the finest ingredients available. Our fishmonger is one of the best in the business and where we get our produce is the best available. This also applies to how we procure our meats. When your personal chef arrives to prepare your meals, you can feel confident you are getting the best available.

While we have a large catalog of dishes available, there really isn’t anything we can’t make. Having a Fine Cooking Personal Chef (FCPC) available to you each week will never put you in a rut over what you’re having for dinner. Further, we do not do catering…our focus is you and your family.
