1 Tbsp Kosher Salt
16 oz. Bow Tie Pasta
1 1/2 C Italian Dressing (dressing below)
2 C Grape tomatoes
1/4 C Pepperocini
1 C Artichoke in oil and finely chopped
3/4 C Green Olives with pimentos and garlic in them
6 Garlic Cloves, finely minced
1/2 C Red Pepper finely chopped
2 Tbsp Italian Parsley, finely chopped
2/3 C Parmesan Cheese, finely grated
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
1) Bring a pot to a boil with salt and cook pasta.
2) Make dressing vinaigrette.
3) Mix in with all other ingredients.

This will be on my picnic table Labor Day. I love the flavors in this recipe.
