kosher salt
1 pound(s) bucatini pasta
6 tablespoon(s) sesame oil
6 large garlic cloves, chopped
2/3 cup(s) peanut butter, smooth
1/2 cup(s) soy sauce, low sodium
6 tablespoon(s) rice vinegar
1/4 cup(s) brown sugar, light
1 1/2 pound(s) chicken tenderloins
2 teaspoon(s) peanut oil
black pepper, fresh ground
6 large scallions, sliced on the diagonal
Directions:
1) cook spaghetti & then rinse under cold water.
2) Put in a large bowl and toss with one Tbs of sesame oil.
3) In a food processor put 5 Tbs of sesame through brown sugar.
4) Cook chicken in a skillet, then cut in 1/2 inch pieces.
5) Put chicken & scallions in with spaghetti & pour 1 1/4 C of dressing over.
6) Plate in bowls & let those that want extra dressing help themselves.

I love Asian and this was a winner. I know you mostly do French with Asian flavors...I'd like to see more of it!

The boys just finished their tailgating prior to some big college football game today (it gives me the opportunity to get caught up on Facebook!) They loved this.
