This was extremely easy and delicious. I'm a big fan of Seafood and am looking for this and the previous recipe as a wonderful start to a season filled of seafood recipes.

Delicious describes this dish. For a working Mom that is not an accomplished cook, this was easy.

BBQ and Potato Salad today, however, this recipe was dinner last night. We liked it so much that we will have it a weeknight this week. "John, stop at the fish market on your way home and pick up the Swordfish!!"
