10 cup(s) Nachos
1 jalapeno, finely diced
1 medium onion, chopped
8 medium garlic, finely diced
1 chopped green chile, 4.5 ounce diced can
1 medium pepper, yellow, finely diced
1 chicken breast tender, boneless, skinless, and thigh, boneless & skinless, shredded
1 tablespoon(s) chili powder, spread over the chicken
1 large tomato, chopped and seeded
1 16 oz. black beans, drained and rinsed under running water
1 16 oz. salsa, mild or medium
2 cup(s) Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup(s) sour cream
1 cup(s) cilantro, chopped finely and mixed with sour cream
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2) Sautee the onion, garlic and jalapeno.
3) Mix chicken, lime and chili powder.
4) Layer all the following items with the exception of the sour cream mixture.
5) Bake for 20 minutes.
6) Top with sour cream and cilantro mixture.
